  • That information is strictly for our internal use. We will most likely need to contact you to understand exactly how you want your story to be told. We will never share any information publicly that you don’t want shared.

  • The more details, the better! This is YOUR story, so feel free to share as much or as little as you are comfortable.

  • We will evaluate your submitted story, contact you with any questions and other needed details. After we communicate, we will give you a general timeline for recording. Then we will notify you of the date it goes live. Nothing will take place without your knowledge and consent.

  • The stigma surrounding mental health is real and it is really hard to talk about. We stand with you and support you. There is no pressure or timeline for you to share publicly.
