Haley Hopkins Thomas

Hi everybody! I’m Haley, and I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. My passion for sports runs deep as I come from a large family of former collegiate athletes. This passion led me to the College of William and Mary, where I played field hockey and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

During my senior year of highschool I sustained a hip injury while playing that truly shaped my athletic and later, my professional career. Experiencing firsthand the challenges both mentally and physically, of athletic recovery sparked my deep interest in anatomy and human movement, driving me to dive into kinesiology with a renewed focus.

Following graduation, I moved to Richmond, VA, a place I am still grateful to call home. I live with my amazing husband and our two golden retrievers, Reilly and Rory, who definitely bring joy and energy to our lives.

Some of my favorite things include group fitness, sunrises on the beach, and my dogs (of course)!
