Sarah Rodgers Lubbe

Director, Mo Madness Youth Lacrosse Tournament

Sarah serves as the director of the Mo Madness Lacrosse Tournament and is an assistant merchandise manager for Morgan's Message. She grew up in Warrenton, Virginia and was a competitive equestrian for many years.

She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Art in English Literature. After graduation, she co-founded a heavy-highway site contracting business and later managed an event venue, The Retreat at Eastwood, with her sister-in-law, Dona Rodgers. Sarah lives in Warrenton along with her husband, Pastor Gavin, and their three children, Colton, Carter and Vivian.
